Products Disclaimer

Size fit may vary on different style products. We do our best to note when a product runs smaller than usual. Please always check the accompanying size chart. Some items in both the men and women collections may have a unisex fit. This will be noted in the product description. Colors on your screen may vary slightly from the actual items depicted.

Benefit Collections

$2 from every order total will go to support the two current conservation organizations we are highlighting. Each organization will get $1.00. Want to donate more? Select the organization of your choice and add a donation to your cart in increments of $5. For example, if you want to donate $25, change the quantity to 5. 100% of your additional donation will make it into the hands of the organization.

Shipping Policy

All our products are made to order, especially for you. Hot, fresh. We do not keep an inventory. This cuts down on waste and allows us to give more money back to conservation. For this reason, please allow 2-7 business days for the production of your order. Most orders arrive at their destination 2-5 days after shipment within the US. Allow 8-30 days for international shipping. Some items may ship from different locations, so your entire order may not arrive at the same time.

We use many fulfillment centers to get your products to you the fastest way possible. Most orders will receive an email with shipment tracking once production is complete. Once your order is in the hands of the fulfillment center, it is no longer in our control whether or not it gets delivered. Due to the nature of our business, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged-in-transit items. Please reach out to the fulfillment center customer support listed on your tracking information if you have issues with your delivery. If you did not receive tracking information and have an issue, please contact us.

Shipments that are unclaimed or provide the wrong address can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Also be mindful that import taxes vary from country to country. Please contact the customs department for the country you are having your package delivered to if you have any concerns regarding customs/duty taxes. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any VAT taxes, duty/customs taxes on goods purchased outside of the country that the package is being delivered to.

Refund Policy

Please email kairoscreaturecollective@gmail.com to discuss any replacements or exchanges. DO NOT mail your order back to the return address listed on your package unless directed to do so.

Orders may be exchanged for another size within 14 business days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all exchange process shipping costs. Due to the nature of each order being custom produced, we do not offer general refunds or exchanges for a different item. That being said, we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order, so please do not hesitate to contact us with any issues.

For items that appear to have manufacturer defects (such as holes, tears, or design flaws), we are happy to have them replaced. Please provide pictures and your order ID, name, and any updated shipping information for your replacement.
